A Colorado native and graduate of the Heritage School of Interior Design, Courtney draws continual inspiration from architecture, fashion, the decorative arts, and the rugged beauty of the Colorado landscape. Her aesthetic is grounded in classic roots with moments of eclecticism and quiet architectural clarity, resulting in homes that feel collected and deeply lived in.

Before co-founding Meredith & Noel, Courtney served as Lead Designer for a luxury residential design firm in Denver, where she led the interior design of numerous custom new builds and large-scale remodels across nearly every neighborhood of the Denver metro area. Known for her strong command of project management, she collaborates seamlessly with architects, builders, and trades to bring each home to life with intention, artistry, and precision.

Outside the studio, she can usually be found at her family's Nebraskan lake house, enjoying an Old Fashioned, or kissing the forehead of her Bernese Mountain Dog, Rico.

Kelsey began her Interior Design career as many do: with a degree in Geophysics and a job searching for oil in the Middle East. In retrospect, that probably wasn't the most efficient route, but, thankfully, she eventually discovered her passion for transforming interiors and went back to school to study Interior Design in 2017.

Since earning her degree, Kelsey has worked at some of Denver's top design firms, executing everything from multi-year, whole-home remodels to thoughtfully curated single-room transformations. Her design approach balances timeless architectural details with fresh modern influence, resulting in spaces that feel livable yet sophisticated. Equally driven by logic and beauty, she pairs a highly technical, problem-solving brain with a sharp artistic eye to demystify the design process and clearly communicate the "why" behind every aesthetic choice.

Outside of work, Kelsey has two young kids and so no real hobbies to speak of. If she's lucky enough to get a babysitter on a Friday night, you can find her and her husband at their favorite local sushi spot, Makizushico.
